One must put some "extra" efforts which include learning new words, learning sentences related to situations, remembering Grammar rules, and making conversations with others based on what one has learned. However, to develoo more confidence to speak, one needs a person who will explain how sentences are formed and what words can be used appropriately in the content of the speech. That person "The Coach." Only the coach can guide you to speak grammatically correct English and this in turn boosts one's confidence levels automatically.
