Can give u online help

Reading and trying self talk in English helps, however what to read depends on ur level for which I can guide u

Yes definately

Try to write about events that happened in a day and read it loud standing infront of a mirror. Do this twice or thrice .After that try repeat what you read without seeing the paper. This would help you in improving speaking skills.

Not a big deal. Just think as if you are in your native and speak English normally as you do but when you keep on doing it you will improve and start understanding others also. So your fluency will improve automatically.
