Yes. There are many websites which give online English coaching classes for Spoken English. But most people can not use them successfully because they need guidance; like you have textbooks in the class but still you need teachers to explain the lessons.

There are many. The courses are taught by individual teachers online, one on one or in groups. I guess one on one is better, for it caters to individual needs. Try it and you'll see the difference in your knowledge. All the best
