Without getting into a debate on why your passive form of the sentence might be incorrect, my answer is that the correct sentence is "A book will be written by me".

This is because if passive voice was used for future continuous tense, the sentence would become self contradictory and thus, not make any sense. For instance, - meaning SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE, refers to THE ACTION TAKING PLACE NOW!

The places of subject and object in sentence are inter-changed in passive voice. 3rd form of verb (past participle) will be used only (as main verb) in passive voice. Active sentences in the future continuous and future perfect continuous tenses cannot be changed to the passive

Though you can write them in Passive Voice it is not used because as Ms Kirti said they would be contradictory and also confusing as the sentence becomes lengthier.
