Without getting into a debate on why your passive form of the sentence might be incorrect, my answer is that the correct sentence is "A book will be written by me".

This is because if passive voice was used for future continuous tense, the sentence would become self contradictory and thus, not make any sense. For instance, - meaning SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE, refers to THE ACTION TAKING PLACE NOW!

Using perfect continuous tenses in passive may seem odd, like in this example: ‘The barber has been cutting his client’s hair.’ when changed, “His client’s hair has BEEN BEING cut by the barber.” The ‘be’ form is used twice in the same verb, but nothing grammatically wrong. read less

Though you can write them in Passive Voice it is not used because as Ms Kirti said they would be contradictory and also confusing as the sentence becomes lengthier.
