Spirituality is related to our inner life.The noble qualities like truth, non-violence, celibacy, charity, kindness, patience, forgiveness, and senses. Restraint of mind, not getting angry, not stealing etc. are many virtues, following which is called religion. This brings order, discipline, completeness and purity in life. read less
