Being religious involves adhering to the beliefs, rituals, and practices of a specific organized faith. Being spiritual focuses on personal growth, inner peace, and a sense of connection to a higher power or the universe, without the necessity of formal religious structures.

Avoid talking about both. Rather use simple terms like body, mind, emotions, skills, emotions, my experience. Because wether you say religious or spirituality these words will create illusion in mind and keep us far away from reality.
