What's the IQ of somebody in special education?

Special education does not depend on IQ level always. 90-110 IQ is considered to be normal. Students below 70 IQ are considered as mentally retardated hence they need special education also there are many other disabilities who need special education like learning disability, ADHD, ASD. etc
