Spoken is required practice of reading,writing and speaking.It is done at home by reading newspaper regularly in English and finding difficult words and its meaning from passage.Read the passage loudly and watch at mirror that how you can pronounces of words.Speaking with friends,relatives,society ,gathering functions and in group of people is very helpful to improve spoken english.Online learning from certified teacher and his guidence and correcting mistakes on time will certainly help.You can occupied teacher at home for taking lessons from him.will increase confidence.The important things is not to afraid or shy while talking to others in English.Always write passage from newspapers,novel and other sources. Grammer book of Red and Martin reading will improve correct and grammatical english.and will be very impressive. Listening of others is very helpful to improve English. . read less

There are many groups on Facebook where you could find native speakers to practice with. If you are too shy to reach out to native speakers, you can take private English classes, and then move on to group classes as you get more confidence. If you are taking private/group classes, always ask for a trial class/barging session, so you'd be familiar with the accent, teaching method, and how skilled the teacher is. Never get deceived by the experience and qualifications of the teachers - judge it live and then join. read less
