I am an experienced primary educator with 16+ years of teaching experience. I teach Nursery and Classes 1 to 5 across all subjects, with a special focus on helping young learners build strong academic foundations. My aim is to create a positive and engaging learning environment where children can understand concepts clearly, develop confidence, and enjoy the process of learning.

I completed my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University in 2009 and my Master of Arts (M.A.) from the same university in 2016. I have also completed a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from NIOS in 2019 and a Nursery Teachers Training Course from All India Teacher Vocational Training in 2011. In addition, I completed a Capacity Building Programme on Classroom Management conducted by CBSE in 2019.

My teaching approach is child-centric, patient, and activity-based. I understand that young children have different learning styles, attention spans, and levels of understanding, so I plan my classes according to the student's age, learning level, and individual requirements. I give children enough time and encouragement to understand concepts instead of rushing them through the syllabus.

For younger learners, I focus on developing strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, communication, and basic academic skills. I use storytelling, games, worksheets, practical activities, visual learning, and interactive exercises to make lessons interesting and easier to understand. I also believe that learning becomes more effective when children are encouraged to participate actively rather than simply listen to explanations.

I use structured lesson plans for my classes and regularly include revision and practice activities to help students retain what they have learned. I use PPT presentations and a whiteboard to explain concepts visually and organise lessons in a simple manner. I also incorporate creative and art-integrated activities wherever appropriate, which helps children express themselves while strengthening their understanding of different subjects.

Along with academics, I focus on developing a child's confidence, creativity, communication skills, and curiosity. My 16+ years of teaching experience have helped me understand the importance of creating a supportive classroom environment where children feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while learning. I am also comfortable teaching in English, Hindi, and Marathi, which allows me to communicate with students in a way that is comfortable for them.

My objective is to make learning enjoyable, meaningful, and age-appropriate for every child. Whether a student needs support with foundational concepts, regular academic practice, school subjects, or developing better learning habits, I provide personalised attention and consistent guidance. I believe that a strong foundation built during the early years can make a lasting difference in a child's academic journey, and I strive to help every student learn with confidence and enthusiasm.
