Spoken English Teaching Experience (10 Years) Over the past decade, I have successfully conducted Spoken English training as part of the broader academic support provided at my own institute, which caters to students from Classes 1 to 10. My approach to Spoken English is rooted in building strong communication fundamentals, confidence, and fluency, tailored to the individual learning levels and needs of school-age learners. I have designed and implemented structured Spoken English modules that focus on pronunciation, vocabulary enrichment, grammar in context, sentence construction, and conversational practice. These programs are age-appropriate, interactive, and often integrated with storytelling, role-plays, group discussions, and listening exercises to create an engaging and immersive language environment. Fluency in English, Hindi, and other academic subjects has enabled me to bridge language gaps effectively, especially for students transitioning from Hindi-medium or bilingual backgrounds to English-medium instruction. My bilingual proficiency enables me to explain complex concepts with clarity and support students in gradually thinking and expressing themselves in English with greater ease. Over the years, I’ve witnessed significant improvements in students’ spoken abilities, self-expression, and classroom participation, many of whom have gone on to perform confidently in interviews, debates, and public speaking activities. My goal remains to empower young learners with the language tools and confidence needed to excel in academic and real-world communication.
