All the above become very critical for our day today working and performance. There are many theories of leadership like behavioral theory, trait theory, situational theory etc. These theories have different views on leadership.
For instance trait theory believes that there are traits like physical appearance, intelligence, self confidence, sociability, enthusiasm etc which makes a successful leader.
