I want to ask for my nephew. He makes a lot of mistakes while doing his school work. Although he tries his best but he sometimes reverses the number. How can we improve this habit of his?

Be kind first of all. Talk to him, get to know his strengths and weaknesses. Also, get him tested for any sort of learning disability. Its ok because many students have it. It can be improved with the professional help.
