If you still are in an assumption that this skill is something like a technical skills which you can learn like a formula and change yourself, then I must tell you that you need to reconsider your idea. Soft Skills without in-depth understanding or the real intention of building of your character would be more dangerous than ignorance. Join a right person who can help you understand the depths of each soft skills and also become a member of right circles of people to find right models to emulate.
