If you still are in an assumption that this skill is something like a technical skills which you can learn like a formula and change yourself, then I must tell you that you need to reconsider your idea. Soft Skills without in-depth understanding or the real intention of building of your character would be more dangerous than ignorance. Join a right person who can help you understand the depths of each soft skills and also become a member of right circles of people to find right models to emulate. Start reading and discussing what you read with your students. Start reading newspapers, non fiction and self help books in English. If possible do some public speaking it will enhance your confidence.

How to be clear I speak fast and because of that I mumble sometime and nobody can understand me? I can control my pace and speech and I sound clear when I am relaxed.
