How can I stop myself from blushing everytime I'm speaking in public?

No reason is needed and no age is inappropriate to LEARN in life.

Get yourself focused, before you start speaking. Drain away all your thoughts that might distract (make you blush). If needed, repeat or speak aloud the points that you wish to address during the speech, that will thus help you to be more focused.
