Well what I believe is that everyone of us has the soft skill element hidden in them. Its the way we need to structure it out and share it with others to implement the same in their lives. To start with, in case you are into hard-core IT, start with some knowledge posts on your wall and initiate a discussion around it. You may also want to speak in your friend circle on any topic you like to gauge yourself. And post that a certification on the same, will land you into the dream career. In case , you are already into Technical training, it seems easy in a way; as you already have the flair of sharing knowledge to adults.
