Yes, collateral-free (unsecured) education loans are available for studying abroad, but whether you qualify depends on four things: the loan amount, the country, the university, and your co-applicant's income and credit profile.
NBFCs and some private banks offer unsecured loans more readily, especially for well-ranked universities in countries like the USA, UK and Canada. Public banks usually offer lower interest rates but more often ask for collateral above a certain amount.
Before applying, work out your total cost (tuition + living) minus what your family can fund. That gap is what you actually need to borrow. Also plan the timing: your loan sanction letter is often part of your visa financial documents, so it should be ready before your visa appointment.
