Initiatially my proposal did not receive any response. I kept patience, and dicided to approach each stakeholder individually, explaining them the Features, Advantage and Benefit on the new approach. After constant persuation with focus on larger objective I was successful getting everybody on board. read less

Be kind first of all. Talk to him, get to know his strengths and weaknesses. Also, get him tested for any sort of learning disability. Its ok because many students have it. It can be improved with the professional help.
