Open the PSD in Photoshop. Export the entire file or each Artboard(if any) to SVG format. Open SVG file in Illustrator. Save as EPS file. Open EPS file in Sketch.

This actually isn't all that hard to do, so I'm sorry you've gotten a bunch of bad information. Unfortunately, it will require having a copy of Adobe Illustrator handy. Open the PSD in Illustrator On import, convert all layers to objects Save as EPS Open the EPS file in Sketch 3
