Yes, You can. There is nothing like hating your own voice, voice is just the physical ornament. Feel is what makes your singing, depth in your music. Practicing with patience and dedication will improve your singing day by day.

This beautiful language of music has only seven alphabets donated to us by Saptrishis (7 Indian divine saints called as Sapt Rishi). If you master these Sa, Re, Ga, Ma, Pa, Dha, Ni, Sa (7 notes or alphabets of music) you can put in your words from any language. If you hate your voice, I would suggest that please improve it; there are so many ways to convert Harsh Voice to Sweet and Silky, I would recommend that find a genuine sangeet guru, seek their advise and begin your musical journey. Yes you can sing in any language. You just need to build up your vocal abilities with correct guidance. I have seen people having very bad voice but now a days singing extremely good. Find a good teacher and don't give up.
