Greetings to you Chandan, first of I would like to state that mastering English is not that tough nut to crack as you might have thought. I feel that you can improve your speaking skills and remove your hesitation as much as you tend to speak. Try brushing up and clearing your grammar basics and most importantly try to talk in front of the mirror. It helps. As I have stated at the outset, remove the phobia that English is a tough language and also try not to be influenced by what people think.
