Why aren’t captcha and bar code automated in Selenium?

No you can!!Captcha and barcode can be automated using python.But Reading captcha (Verification Code) and bar code using any Automated Tool / Software is an illegal thing in Internet, the purpose of captcha field in Web Applications is to check weather the user is an human user or not?
