The tool doesn't matter more; what matters is your expertise and experience on the tool. There is a high demand for excellent resources in the market and will be in future also. I have seen people with 4-6 years of experience doesn't know the fundamentals of the tool and technology they claim an expert. And second thing finds out your interest inclination. These are not very easy to learn also. It would help if you had interest and motivation. Without that, you can't be an excellent resource. read less
