Rajan you didnt specify anything about your education qualifications and your experience. Any functional module in SAP needs a good domain knowledge of the respective area so ensure that you have a good domain knowledge before you get into SAP

@Harsh is correct as per the current scenario SAP Hana will be a better option to if you want to change your domain to SAP.

Hana modelling give more chances for better carrier, if you are interested in administration go for admission. Salary is always better for SAP hana modelling i.e BW on hana
