Hi Priya SAP ABAP for HR means you have to be ABAP programmer with functional knowledge of HR business processes. ABAP for HR is niche skil set since programmers do not have good functional knowledge. And SAP HR requires most customizations. Thats why ABAP for HR is in demand.
