Hi Sourav, Since you have completed BA & currently working on SAP user testing, I could recommend to learn a few Automation testing tools and improve your career in that side. These days most of the companies are looking for Science / Maths background when they are recruiting for Functional or Technical consultants. If your current company allows for lateral movement from testing to consulting, then you can look at any Functional components like MM, SD or PP. If you have accounting knowledge, then you can also look at FI/CO. I hope this helps. All the best for your future! read less

You can stick to that or you want you could move to Office 365. This is a demanding course and you will get offer if you have good communication skill. Initially you will get 20K approx. Once you switch you will get 5/6 L /A.
