Hi everyone, I want to start my career in SAP.module, I had done MBA Finance and overall 6 years experience in Accounts receivables process as user end. Please advice.

Hello Raghav, it totally depends on your current fianancial status.If you've reference in the IT field wherein one assures a job then I would recommend to get the consultant level learning from tutors who gives training online. If you don't have any I would recommend to get certified so that you can avail new job in 2-3 months & if you're not willing to pay high amount of money which global certification needs then you can search for local institutes who can give you a training & a job guarantee for which you've to be very much sure all the inquaries has to be placed & picked properly. Third option may or may not give you a job & time is also not a condtraint for them. So, before selecting from above three options you can count on factors like: 1) How long can you sustain without job? 2) Are enough fianance available with you? 3) Is it tolarable for you to survive job less? Hi Raghav, You can start career as a SAP FI Consultant if you have interest in some technical stuff as well like software configuration and Testing. This role is mix of IT + Finance; you deliver your domain knowledge to provide the better solution in form of an ERP application to your clients. You have good financial academic background and domain knowledge, after get the some technical training of SAP FI module you can try to get the job as a SAP FI Consultant. Its might be take some time or might be you will get this track soon depends on your knowledge and market demand. In FI we have different Sub Module like General Leger, Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank & Cash, and Asset Accounting and you have already basic knowledge of these topics. So it’s good to come in SAP Word for future growth point of view, but all growth depends on your interest only, so if you have interest in software and technical staff you can peruse for the profile. Hey Raghav , My free advice that sap FICO lot many profiles already available from so far years. Going for routine work where everyone will learn with knowing intentionally or else some ones thought.. proceed with FICO .That's okey. LIFE IS very SHORT.. In IT Industry. How many years worked in IT not a matter. Won't give satisfaction.. the Answer would give satisfaction.. how much money you saved..with in short period.it will give the Satisfaction. Go for little bit Technical with SaP HR Suite implementation. Using Success Factors. Where you would get job Satisfaction and pocket Satisfaction. 100% for sure. read less
