Hello Everyone, 1 - When i inquiry / R&D for SAP MM and SAP FI job on naukri / monster companies updated require candidate should be/mandatory Engineering background and SAP certification. On this situation what should i do ? Is it true? 2 - Is it need to SAP certification for out of India opportunities? Thanks.

In India Knowledge level matters not certification. For onsite certification will be plus. Its not mandatory you have to be certified to get good opportunities.

Send your profiles through reference in a company - or contact HR directly and send it - Also though it will say 'certification needed' the HR person if they see the profile, they will understand how you will fit in. So you can still apply through Naukri also.

It is not at all mandatory to have engineering background or SAP certification either in India or Outside if you have depth knowledge and understanding of your domain. So make your base strong and keep searching for the suitable profile.

Not necessary. You should do SAP MM for a personal training you don't take admission any institute because institute give false information and take more money in admission.

If you have good practical experience in MM and FI in industries then you may not need to have engineering mandatory. Same is case with certification many end users in SAP do non certified course after 2-3 years of end user experience, and then look for SAP consultant jobs in India.
