Getting job is depending on your skill level competence on the subject as a fresher there are few things which are needed like communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills, if you add up SAP HANA skills you have better chances to get a job, many companies invest on fresh hires and train them post hiring but if you join them as trained and deployment ready on client projects you get a preference over raw freshers.
