I am working as an assistant professor in the department of biotechnology and taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels.I have eight years of teaching experience. Teaching should be done with passion. Once you find your students not able to understand a particular concept you should be ready to adopt new methods of teaching to explain to them. I feel that teacher should act as a guide to allow the student to choose his method of learning. Teach like it is your last day today!
