My intention is to work as a yoga teacher and to help students discover the love, light, truth and peace within each of us. Yoga helped me find myself,and it made life easier and more enjoyable;it is meaningful for me to share that joy with others.
I have over 9 years of teaching experience and my training is in Astanga Yoga with foundation in Viniyasa Yoga as that was my style in which my teacher was trained. My personal practice includes different styles,including Astanga Yoga, Viniyasa Yoga and Pranayama.I am a certified Yoga teacher from Viniyoga Healing Foundation of India based at Chennai. I am certified teaching Yoga and its applications based on Therapy.
I guide students to recognize the peace within each of us, and I help them feel grounded and safe.I work with students of varying levels, including the old. I lead my classes with an earthy, grounded polite behavior which helps me guide my students throughout their practice effectively.
