I feel I simply love teaching Algebra! I once taught Algebra to class 9 students, who were actually performing at the level of class 5. We worked together for 2 years It was a huge learning experience for me as well as them All students passed, a few got distinction! I learned that students can learn themselves if provided the right treatment and environment I saw it in practice that those students who didn't know simple mathematics basics could actually solve quadratic equations after some labour! I believe that it is our duty to create an interest for a subject in a student's mind by initially convincing it to him that he/she can do it on her own, and later making him/her realize the logic and rationale behind learning it
