Manav Chauhan

I'm a certified Yoga and wellness teacher taking a holistic approach to overall mental, physical and spiritual health. I'm trained in traditional hatha, Iyengar and shivananda styles of yoga and have taught other styles such as yin, vinyasa for a couple years as well. I've a masters degree in English journalism and worked as a journalist till 2021 after which I chose the spiritual path to heal myself and the world. My key skills include comfortable and respectful communication and guidance, therapeutic yoga, deep knowledge of asanas,pranayama, meditation combined with a healing system through our diet and elements of chanting and sound healing.
