Only one way to no hesitate is that you think the situation when you need to speak a good fluently English. You don't make sense how to do it then think people laugh on you but none people like that in any seminar, but you have to consider why to hesitate when you learn at home at anywhere. Be confident and go ahead.

At that time when you go home also talk in English, and this is only possible when you find a friend or brother or else who you can teach some English and communicate in English.
Mother's tongue is straightforward for every person, but you have to come out this frame and break all walls in your path, surely you will be a good English speaker this is not a difficult task, but you have to have kept it you progress.
