Hello, I’m Akata Kundu, a passionate and dedicated educator specializing in Geography. I teach students of Classes 10, 11, and 12, and I also provide focused coaching for UGC NET Geography (Paper 1 and Paper 2). Over the past 2 years, I have been actively involved in teaching and mentoring students to help them achieve academic clarity and exam success.

I hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and am currently pursuing my Ph.D., which allows me to stay deeply connected with advanced research, updated concepts, and academic rigor. This strong academic foundation helps me guide students with accuracy, depth, and a clear understanding of both theoretical and applied aspects of Geography.

During my teaching journey, I have worked closely with school students as well as competitive exam aspirants. I focus on building strong conceptual understanding, improving answer-writing skills, and developing effective exam strategies. My aim is not just to help students score better, but also to ensure they truly understand the subject and feel confident while approaching exams.

One of my key academic achievements is that I have qualified the UGC NET exam twice, which reflects my strong command over the subject and familiarity with competitive exam patterns. This experience enables me to guide UGC NET aspirants with practical insights, smart preparation techniques, and focused study plans tailored to the exam requirements.

In addition to private coaching, I have also worked as a guest faculty in schools and colleges. Teaching in different academic environments has helped me refine my communication skills, adapt to diverse learning levels, and use flexible teaching methods to suit each student’s needs.

I primarily conduct online classes, following a structured lesson plan combined with interactive sessions. I encourage students to ask questions, participate actively, and think critically about concepts. My classes are designed to simplify complex topics using real-life examples and clear explanations.

For better learning outcomes, I use PPTs and a digital whiteboard during sessions. I also provide well-organized notes and study materials to help students revise effectively and stay aligned with their syllabus and exam goals.

As a teacher, my goal is to make Geography easy, engaging, and exam-oriented. I am committed to supporting my students throughout their learning journey and helping them build both academic strength and long-term confidence in the subject.
