Location- Ferguson college, Pune I have gained valuable teaching experience as a badminton coach, working with players across various age groups and skill levels, from beginners to intermediate-level athletes. My approach to coaching is systematic, focusing on building a strong foundation and gradually progressing towards advanced skills and competitive readiness. At the basic level, I emphasize the importance of proper grip, stance, and footwork. I guide students through essential strokes such as clears, drops, smashes, and net shots, ensuring they understand the technique and timing. I conduct regular drills to improve their coordination, agility, and reaction time. Alongside technical training, I introduce the rules of the game, court boundaries, and scoring system, which helps students develop a deeper understanding of the sport. As players progress, I focus on enhancing their tactical awareness and game strategies. I design match-simulation exercises and one-on-one sparring sessions to help them apply techniques in real-game situations. My training includes fitness routines tailored to badminton, including endurance, flexibility, strength, and speed training. I also work on developing players' mental resilience, focus, and sportsmanship. Whether training an aspiring athlete or someone playing for fitness and recreation, I maintain a motivating and disciplined environment. I regularly evaluate each player's progress and provide constructive feedback to help them grow. Overall, my teaching experience in badminton reflects a balance of discipline, encouragement, and personalized attention, aimed at making each player confident, skilled, and passionate about the sport.
