I am a certified Yoga Teacher with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification and advanced training in Classical Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and traditional yogic practices. I have completed an advanced 3-month Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and have studied and practiced Ashtanga Primary Series, Pranayama, Pawanmuktasana Series, alignment, mobility, flexibility, strengthening, and traditional Hatha Yoga asanas.

I currently teach Yoga in Rishikesh, the Yoga capital of India, including offline classes, private sessions, and group sessions. My teaching approach is based on proper alignment, mindful movement, breath awareness, stability, flexibility, and gradual progression according to each student’s level and requirements. I teach beginners as well as intermediate-level practitioners and can conduct classes in English and Hindi.

I offer online one-to-one and group Yoga classes for students from India and internationally. My sessions can include Classical Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, Sun Salutations, mobility and flexibility work, strengthening, relaxation, and yogic breathing practices.

Before moving into Yoga teaching, I also have more than 6 years of professional corporate experience in customer support, quality analysis, education counselling, business development, and management. This experience has helped me develop strong communication, interpersonal, and client-management skills.

My goal as a Yoga teacher is to make traditional Yoga practical, safe, and accessible while helping students develop strength, flexibility, awareness, and consistency in their practice. I am available for regular weekly and monthly online classes.
