I am a dedicated and passionate Yoga Instructor with a strong academic and practical background in yogic sciences. I hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Yogic Sciences and Alternative Therapies and have successfully completed a 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course (200H TTC) from Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World.

I specialize in Hatha Yoga, pranayama, meditation, and basic therapeutic yoga practices. My approach focuses on holistic well-being, combining traditional yogic principles with modern lifestyle needs. I am experienced in conducting group sessions, personal classes, and beginner-level therapeutic practices, with emphasis on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and mindfulness.

Being a resident of Rishikesh, I am deeply connected to authentic yogic culture and discipline. I am highly motivated to work in yoga institutes, wellness centers, schools, corporates, or as a personal yoga trainer, where I can contribute to improving physical, mental, and emotional health through yoga.
