I am a Mathematics educator with 18 years of teaching experience, specialising in Mathematics for B.E. and B.Tech students. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with engineering students across subjects such as M1, M2, M3, and M4. My experience has helped me develop a strong understanding of the academic requirements of engineering students and the challenges they commonly face while learning advanced Mathematics.

I have completed my Master's degree in Mathematics and earned a Ph.D. in Mathematics. My academic qualifications have given me a strong foundation in advanced mathematical concepts, while my extensive teaching experience has helped me develop effective ways of explaining these concepts to engineering students.

Over the years, I have had a rewarding experience in the field of Mathematics education. I have taught students at different learning levels and have also been involved in academic publications and other scholarly activities. These experiences have strengthened my subject knowledge and helped me stay engaged with academic developments in Mathematics.

My teaching methodology is well-structured and focused on conceptual understanding. I prepare a lesson plan for each class and explain concepts step by step, starting from the fundamentals before moving towards more advanced applications. I believe students understand Mathematics better when they know the reasoning behind a concept rather than simply memorising formulas or procedures.

I encourage students to actively participate in classes and ask questions whenever they have doubts. Engineering Mathematics can involve complex concepts, so I make an effort to break difficult topics into smaller sections and explain them using appropriate examples. I also focus on problem-solving and practice so that students can apply what they learn and become more comfortable with different types of questions.

I adapt my teaching approach according to the student's learning level and requirements. If a student needs additional support with a particular topic, I revisit the fundamentals and provide further examples and practice. Regular interaction and feedback help me understand the student's progress and make necessary changes to the pace or structure of the lessons.

I conduct both online and offline classes and use PPT presentations and a digital whiteboard to make my lessons organised, visual, and interactive. My goal is to help B.E. and B.Tech students develop strong mathematical foundations, improve their problem-solving abilities, and approach their engineering examinations with greater clarity and confidence.
