The best way to learn speaking English is to start talking the same. You need to involve yourself in multiple activities like reading, writing, speaking, listening etc. And the process is slow, so you need to be patient enough to wait for the sunshine. Start creating a world of English around, watch English shows, movies, a news channel.Read as much as you newspaper ,books,magzines,etc
If possible also listen audio books.
Start pushing yourself to interact with people who are unknown to you in english,for that you can join a club also like Toastmasters International.If thats not possible chat with people on social media in english that also helps.
Start thinking in english in your mind.Thats a slow process,it won't happen in a moment so you need to be patient.
There is no substitute to hardword.
Just beleive in the efforts you are putting and do believe yourself.
