I am a dedicated yoga practitioner with over 15 years of personal practice and 2 years of professional teaching experience. My journey with yoga began as a path toward self-growth and balance, and over the years it has evolved into a passion for guiding others toward holistic well-being.

I hold a certification from a well-renowned yoga institution, which has strengthened my understanding of traditional yogic practices and modern teaching methods. My teaching goes beyond physical postures - I focus not only on yoga asanas and pranayama, but also on the deeper philosophy of yoga and how it can be integrated into daily life.

I believe yoga is a way of living. Through my sessions, I help students develop balance in body and mind, manage stress, improve flexibility and strength, and cultivate awareness that leads to a more peaceful and prosperous life.

My goal is to create a supportive and positive learning environment where students of all levels can grow at their own pace and experience yoga as a complete lifestyle rather than just an exercise.
