Mastered in Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Pre & Post natal Yoga, she possesses the knowledge of other forms of Yoga, practiced methods used in Naturopathy & Ayurveda and apply Personality development to help people live healthy and peaceful life. She guides in different Meditation & Breathing techniques like SOHAM, YOGA NIDRA, OM, CHAKRA HEALING & BALANCING, KUNDALINI, NO MIND, TIBETAN BOWL HEALING, SOUND HEALING, LOVE YOURSELF, MSRT, NADANUSANDHANA etc. She is well-versed in various techniques of Massage Therapy including Acupressure, Colour and Aroma therapies, Usage of various forms of Penta Elements (Ether, Air, Fire, Water & Earth) in different alignments to cure and get a healthy body. She accomplished a major project on Pre & Postnatal Yoga and Life Style, did minor project in Yoga for general females and Gynaecological disorders.
