"My daughter is studying in class 12 and she was attending online class with Mr.Atulya, Physics teacher. We finalised on 3 days per week sessions and also the fixed timings. But for more than one month he has not even bothered to schedule classes as decided and also changed the class timings all of a sudden without any prior notice and also cancelled the scheduled classes also without any notice. But from his profile, I could see that he has all the time for the Demo classes. It's highly irresponsible and unethical of him to cancel classes for more than one month when board exams are very near. I don't want my daughter to attend further classes with an irresponsible teacher. "

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I sincerely regret the inconvenience and frustration you and your daughter experienced. I would like to respectfully clarify that initially, the classes were paused for a few weeks due to your daughter’s examination schedule, which was mutually discussed. After that period, I requested to reschedule the sessions on weekends considering the examinations. However, I was still awaiting confirmation from your side regarding the preferred timings, and unfortunately, the schedule could not be finalized. That said, I acknowledge that the communication gap has caused dissatisfaction, especially at such a crucial academic time, and I genuinely apologize for this. It was never my intention to cause stress or appear irresponsible. I would also like to clarify that I am still available to conduct the classes on weekends, if that works for you and your daughter.
