Data Scientist and Statistician by Profession

Depending on the requirement, the decision may be made for Python 2.x and 3.x environmemt. Mostly, for new projects 3.x is preferred while for existing project already on 2.x, the same is prefered.

Main problem statement : import a .xlsx file in python with a dataset value then after import we need to ensure that every time I enter a value in a row ; row must be added by 1 and automatically value changes to a row using python script without manually intervention .
Use read_csv in a loop, there's no other way for this.
