The knowledge in any programming language will help for studying Python easily. It is not necessary that you should know C to study Python.

The syntax of some of the code has changed from 2 to 3.So people who had already implemented third complex logic in their scripts are not tending to change.So python development team, are releasing minor versions in version 2 also.But they suggest to use version 3 for new development. Soon or later they will rollout version 2.May be they will release version 4, which is compatible for both the versions.Like they did for powershell version 4. read less
