Zahabbiya stepped into the Yoga field by chance and she is happy that she did it. She has always been a fitness freak and has tried a lot of fitness options like Gym, Zumba and many more. But her search continued for a regime which would help her lose few inches and gain strength to do the day to day activities with great ease.
Skeptical if Yoga would help but still wanted to give it a chance, she is happy she stepped into her first yoga class.. Few months down the line she realized she enjoys it alot and loves the challenge of getting into difficult asanas. As years progressed she realised it would be fun to combine functional training and Yoga together and see what heights can be achieved. She paired up with her friend for functional training sessions and realized it is an amazing combination. While functional training makes you stronger (at a faster rate than yoga), Yoga helps to open up your body to align better for the training plus help in stretching and the recovery phase.
As her commitment and dedication to practice yoga grew, so did her desire and urge to share the benefits of it with others. Zahabbiya is a Certified RYT-200 Hrs Yoga Teacher (YA Profile). Zahabbiya slowly started to assist her students and guide them with her experience to become committed and to practice yoga independently. She believes “Yoga is for Everybody”.
