• Passionate yoga teacher with over 3+ years of professional experience in designing and leading Hatha yoga classes for adults, kids and senior citizens.
• In January 2020, completed an Advanced 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course from The Yoga Institute and acquired an in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques and spiritual elements of yoga teaching.
• Started taking independent Hatha yoga classes for group of 3 people in the beginning which further increased to 15 students.
