You should do 4 days strength training and 2 days cardio training & include protein & good fat like (chicken, paneer, curd, milk, oats, eggs) in your diet.

You can join the gym or atleast do indoor excercises and follow good diet including healthy fat sources & protein sources like (chicken, eggs, panner, curd, milk). You will see the result.

You should do 4 days strength training & 2 days cardio training &1 days rest. About diet you should add protein & good fat food sources in your diet. And yes you should start gym immediately.
