I am MBA [Banking & Finance], M.com., CAIIB besides having several Certificate courses from Indian Institute of Bankers relating to Banking and Finance. I have flair to write and teach English. My ability to teach fundamentals will get imprinted in the learners' minds and they would hardly forget the basics received from my teachings. This enables them to become more confident day by day. I can groom students and Working Professionals well in respect of spoken and written English and make them stide confident to face every situation
As indicated above, I am a visiting faculty to Bank of Maharashtra, Dena Bank and NIBM. My specialization includes Credit Administration and Risk Management.
I can teach commerce subjects and BBA subjects with ease. I have appeared for UGC- NET Examination of June 2015, though I fell short of the cut-off mark. I am happy that I have got 57.55% as against the cut-off mark Considering my age [62], I am happy that I could revise all subjects, while preparing for NET exam.
In sum, I can teach English, subjects on B.Com, and BBA. And also guidance related to making of Projects reports.

If one is supported by truthfulness and honesty, in whatever one does, confidence automatically gets developed without being taught.... ...more
Mr.Krishna, I would say that you need not get confused by the theoretical definitions. I do not say what confidence is. But I will say when one can be a confident person. If one is supported by truthfulness and honesty, in whatever one does, confidence automatically gets developed without being taught. Then, you should also gradually develop how to speak/write without hurting any. Confidence is quality that can be developed, by improving the language, you speak and English as well, and gradually developing language can put you in a confident stride. Knowledge further fortifies to be more confident. When you have knowledge, you have power, though invisible. People surround you seek your guidance and advice. To be precise, if one understands only two or three chapters of Wren and Martin Grammar, for that matter from any grammar book, it would be suffice. The rest is how you put it into practice and building up of vocabulary. Today, you look at 100 things in your house/surroundings and start writing them on a piece of paper. At least, 50% of the items, you may not get English words for it. Then and there begins your learning process which will add to your communication. Good Luck. - once you know basics, then there gets interest to read develops and then you would like to experiment by speaking to people in English. This confidence breeds confidence further. And there you are as a good communicator! In the process, you will yourself notice mistakes and try to correct. More through observation also, one can improve. But the baseline is Basic Grammar
