When I teach the students, act as a mentor. As a mentor, I understand the difficulty of the students and where they are facing the problem. And then I try to analyze the potential of the particular students, accordingly, I help him in his subjects by inspiring and encouraging him. Also, I give many examples, various stories which help it to motivate the child and cover their inability. I act as a teacher and friend both.
I have done my Engineering and having 3 years of experience and my students got very good results in 10th(89%) and 12th(82%) in my subjects. And I have worked as an Academic Counselor in Vedantu so I have more experience to understand the psychophysical nature and ability of students which helps me to provide the proper solution to them.
I also teach the students by showing the ppt and 3D structure and it helps them to understand the concepts perfectly with example. It helps them to achieve outstanding marks and practical understanding of concepts and uses in day to day life.
