Spiritual healing is why we are here, and to help each of us discover our true-selves, at least for those seeking the truth. Spiritual healing is about energy and how to manage the energy within the body. One of the best sources for healing can be found in the Law of One. There are various methods of spiritual healing but the first is to know yourself. This is the most demanding part of the healing work. If you know yourself, then the most important aspect of healing has occurred. For consciousness is the microcosm of the Law of One.

The second part has to do with the disciplines of the body complexes. In the streamings reaching your planet at this time, these understandings and disciplines have to do with the balance between love and wisdom in the use of the body in its natural functions.

The third area is the spiritual, and in this area the first two disciplines are connected through the attainment of contact with intelligent infinity.

Spiritual healing is also address in many ancient texts. According to ancient Chinese, the Tao Te Ching or Daodejing, was believed to be written by a Sage named Laozi. It is a timeless ancient writing providing us with wisdom and insights that we can apply today. Laozi said about the self, “ Some people recognize the self and are amazed. Other people who hear of the Self just wonder. Still others do not understand at all.” He speaks of love when he said “ The world is transformed by those who love all people, just as you love yourself”.
